The Interior Design Experience at Studio Lumb starts with a free consultation where we will discuss the needs, desired budget and time line of your project.
Our goal is to understand how you want your space to look, feel and be perceived. We want to bring that vision to life. Our main focus is on soft interiors.
Our three different Design Packages are listed below.
Basic

The Basic Design Package offers a well thought space plan displayed on a 2D rendering, a product/ price sheet with live quotes and a presentation.
We will host an average of four appointments, the majority of which will be virtual.
Meet and Greet: Our goal is to understand your vision and direction and provide some examples to ensure we have an understanding.
Space Plan: We will review the floor plan and explain the reasons behind our placement of the furniture. We will make adjustments as seen fit.
Product Selection: We will review the product selection and take feedback and provide options when necessary.
4. Presentation: We will present the final design with any changes as requested.

Estimated completion within 6 weeks for projects with a budget less than $50,000
Estimated completion within 8 weeks for projects with a budget greater than $50,000

$3500 for projects with a budget less than $50,000
10% of total budget for projects with a budget greater than $50,000
50% downpayment

Intermediate
